This is a complete set of documents that allows builders to implement the project accurately and helps you purchase everything required for the interior:
- A consolidated schedule: a clear list of all selected materials, furniture, lighting, and decor for easier sourcing and purchasing.
b) Visualisations and specifications:
- 3D visualisations: artistic photorealistic images of the interior, with detailed work on materials, lighting, furniture, and atmosphere, allowing you to see the final result in advance
- Measured plans, demolition plans, and partition installation layouts.
- Wall elevations, finishing specifications, and drawings for custom-made elements where required.
- Ceiling plans, flooring layouts, and door opening plans.
- Detailed layouts for plumbing, underfloor heating, lighting, sockets, and switches, with precise dimensions and references.
